Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, it will have been processed, and you won’t be able to cancel. Becuase our items are customized, we cannot accept returns.

To order on our website, simply select the offer above and click the 'Buy Now' button. Then, fill in your shipping and billing information. Your order will be shipped to you as soon as possible. Payment is secured by Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, and AMEX.

We conduct all shipping with UPS as default

Each item has a turnaround time listed on the product, which is most up to date. Once payment has been made, 99% of all orders leave our fulfilment centers within 3 weeks. With an exception for our monthly speceial item, which is fulfilled at the end of the month.

Our average shipping time 3 - 5 business days depending on your location and Delivery Type. We do not ship on Weekends.

DELIVERY

We will send you the tracking number once your order has been completed and packed for shipping. Please visit this link below to track your order. You will also be able to log in to your account and view trhe status of your order.

It depends on the products you ordered. Since we operate multiple fulfilment centers, sometimes your items may come with different packages

Yes, we offer a quality guarantee for all of our products. If you are not satisfied with the product quality, please contact us. We will do our best to address the issue by replacing your order and ensuring your satisfaction. We do not offer a quality gaurantee on the product if the uploaded content has a mistake. We review each uploaded item and proceed with creating the art, but we are not responsible if the uploaded art has errors such as; spelling, colors, shape, etc.
